Day 12 of 40 Days of Glory and Fasting is complete!! Join us for days 13 and 14 as we pray over our minds!

Keep dipping into what God said in His word!!
2 Kings 5:10-14
Elisha sent a messenger to him, saying, “Go and wash in the Jordan seven times, and your flesh will be restored to you and you will be clean.” 11 But Naaman was furious and went away and said, “Indeed! I thought ‘He would at least come out to [see] me and stand and call on the name of the LORD his God, and wave his hand over the place [of leprosy] and heal the leper.’ 12 Are not Abana and Pharpar, the rivers of Damascus [in Aram], better than all the waters of Israel? Could I not wash in them and be clean?” So he turned and went away in a rage. 13 Then his servants approached and said to him, “My father, if the prophet had told you to do some great thing, would you not have done it? How much more then, when he has said to you, ‘Wash, and be clean?’ 14 So he went down and plunged himself into the Jordan seven times, just as the man of God had said; and his flesh was restored like that of a little child and he was clean.
There are two things that I want to acknowledge in this passage.
#1 God needs our cooperation. We cannot want healing then to dictate how God wants to do it. Our hearts must be open to how God wants to heal us. Have you ever been in the ministry line of a well-known minister and they had their team praying over the guests with them? Then when it was your turn, you find yourself in the line of the team member and not the well-known leader. Instead of you staying in the line of the team member that is working with the well-known leader, you remove yourself so that you can get in the line of the well-known leader. Do you know how many people have missed their healing because they have judged the vessel God is using to bring their healing vs reminding themselves that it is not the vessel but the power of God that is being used through the person of God’s choice for their healing. We must have our hearts open to who and what God wants to use to bring healing to our bodies. Don’t be like Naaman who almost missed his healing because he had already preplanned how his healing was supposed to come.
#2 It is God’s word that heals. We believe His word by acting on His word like Naaman. Naaman dipped in the water several times before he came up healed. It would have been impossible for him to do so had he not focused on the word of God that Elisha gave him. What does this mean for us? Be like Naaman, keep dipping into God’s word and what He said by reading it, meditating on it, and declaring it over our bodies.
I asked everyone to complete a homework assignment yesterday, make sure you complete it. Find five healing scriptures and turn them into personal declarations then begin to declare them over yourself daily until you see your healing come forth. My favorite is Galatians 3:13 AMP Christ purchased our freedom and redeemed us from the curse of the Law and its condemnation by becoming a curse for us-for it is written, “Cursed is everyone who hangs (crucified) on a tree (cross.) I make this scripture personal for myself by quoting something like “I am redeemed from the curse of the law of migraines."
I want to mention again, with healing, we cannot expect God to heal us while we are mistreating our bodies, not taking our meds like were supposed to, not following doctor orders, eating any kind of way, etc. Doctors are vessels that God uses to get His will done within our bodies. Sometimes the Lord will lead us to stop taking medicines and sometimes He won’t. And if He doesn’t or if He does, follow His instructions by doing your part so that you can be in a position to receive your physical healing.

This is not your typical fast! You can choose what food(s) you're going to fast from. My advice is to fast from the food(s) that has you in a chokehold. Whether it be fast foods, sodas, bread, coffee or energy drinks, the Lord will give you strength! You are allowed to do a Daniel Fast too. Fast for 24 hrs. a day or from 6 AM to 6 PM, skip meals, etc. Let the Holy Spirit help you decide what your 40 days of fasting will look like. Please consult your physician for any medical advice and/or before starting any type of fast. No medical advice will be given from myself or my team.
