Day 21 of 40 Days of Glory and Fasting is complete! | THE THEME: "Don't forget what I said!" - God

“Arise, shine; for your light has come! And the glory of the LORD is risen upon you.” Isaiah 60:1

The glory of God is not merely something we see, it is something we experience. In Scripture, God’s glory represents the fullness of who He is: His power, holiness, beauty, goodness, and presence all wrapped together. The Hebrew word "kabod" means “weight” or “heaviness,” reminding us that God’s glory carries substance. It shifts atmospheres, transforms lives, and changes outcomes.

When Moses asked God, “Show me Your glory” (Exodus 33:18), he wasn’t asking for signs or blessings, he was asking for God Himself. God responded by revealing His nature: mercy, grace, patience, and covenant love. This shows us that the glory of God is not only seen in miracles, but in His character revealed to His people. The glory of God filled the tabernacle (Exodus 40:34), rested on the temple (2 Chronicles 7:1–2), and ultimately dwelt among us through Jesus Christ (John 1:14). In Christ, the glory of God became personal, approachable, and transformative. We no longer chase His glory; it lives within us through the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19).

God’s glory is released where He is honored. Worship invites His presence. Obedience reflects His glory. Humility makes room for His glory. When we surrender our lives fully to Him, His glory is revealed through us, touching families, communities, and generations. Where there are a pure heart and honor, the glory of God will carry our prayers where they need to be. I am a recent witness of this!!

You were created not just to witness God’s glory, but to carry it. As you walk in faith, purity, love, and obedience, the glory of the Lord rests upon you and shines through you, drawing others to Him.
