But He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our iniquities; the chastisement for our peace was upon Him, and by His stripes we are healed. — Isaiah 53:5
Healing was not an afterthought; it was woven into the suffering of Christ on the cross. Every stripe Jesus endured was intentional, prophetic, and redemptive. The whipping post was not just a place of pain; it was a place of exchange. What afflicted Him was meant to free you!!
Notice the tense of Scripture: you were healed. Healing is not a future promise; it is a finished reality. Faith is right now! Healing is right now!! Faith does not beg for what already belongs to it, it receives and enforces it. The enemy wants you focused on symptoms, timelines, and reports. But heaven calls you to focus on the Cross. Symptoms may speak, but the blood speaks louder. Pain may shout, but redemption roars louder.
Those stripes released more than physical healing, they released peace for the tormented, restoration for the broken, strength for the weary, and freedom for the oppressed. When you meditate on the stripes of Jesus, you are aligning your faith with the payment He made on your behalf. You don’t beg for healing, you receive it. You don’t fight sickness from a place of fear; you enforce healing from a place of victory.
Know that you have been redeemed according to Galatians 3:13! Sickness and disease were never part of God’s original design for humanity. They entered through sin, but they were fully addressed at the Cross. Jesus did not only pay for sin, but He also paid for its consequences. Poverty, oppression, sickness, and disease were all included in the curse of the law, and Christ redeemed us from every one of them. To be redeemed means to be bought back, released, and set free by payment. The price has already been paid. Healing is not something you have to earn, it is something you enforce by faith.
The enemy thrives when believers tolerate what Jesus already conquered. But today, the Holy Spirit is reminding you of your covenant rights. You are not waiting on healing; healing is waiting on your agreement with the Word of God. Jesus bore sickness in His body so sickness would no longer have the right to remain in yours. Your body is aligning with heaven’s verdict. Even if your healing is a process, you must keep in your heart and mind that it is always God’s intention to restore, strengthen, and renew your body!!
The word of God is your medicine. The word of God is strength. And it is strengthening your faith, your mind and the parts of your bodies that are weak. It is acting as an immune booster to your immune system. Receive it!!
