Day 35 of 40 Days of Glory and Fasting is complete! | THE THEME: "Don't forget what I said!" - God

Then David ran and stood over the Philistine, took his sword and drew it out of its sheath and killed him, and cut off his head with it. —1 Samuel 17:51 ESV
David understood that victory is not complete just because the enemy falls. Goliath hit the ground when the stone struck him, but the threat did not fully end until David took the giant’s own sword and removed his head.
Many times, in our lives, God allows us to knock the giant down.....fear weakens, cycles break, attacks lose momentum, but the assignment is not finished yet. If the head remains, the enemy still has a voice. The body may be down, but influence can still linger. This is a reminder that some victories require follow-through. God is not only interested in stopping what has been attacking you; He desires to permanently dismantle its authority over your life. Glory to God!!
Notice this: David did not use his own sword, he used Goliath’s. The very weapon designed to intimidate Israel became the instrument that ended the giant’s reign. In the same way, God often takes what the enemy meant for harm and turns it into the key to your freedom. What was meant to overwhelm you becomes the testimony
that silences the enemy.
There is a season for stones and there is a season for swords. This is a finishing season. God is calling His people to move from survival into total victory, from partial breakthrough into complete deliverance. When the head comes off, the body cannot stand. When authority is removed, oppression collapses. When the voice of the enemy is silenced, peace and clarity are restored.
Reflection Questions:
Is there a “giant” God has already brought down that you need to finish dealing with?
Are there cycles or thought patterns that have lost strength but still speak?
What might God be placing in your hands right now that once felt like a weapon against you?
Are ready to face the giant at the battleline?
The Lord is releasing a finishers anointing over you!
It time to take the head off of the Goliath's in front of you!
