Day 36 of 40 Days of Glory and Fasting is complete!! Join us tomorrow for day 37 as we pray against anniversary demons. These are the evil spirits that cause the same issue around the same time every year!
Call on His name!!
Here is the replay for today:
When we call on His name based on what we need, He responds in that way! Psalm 34:17 AMP says, "the righteous cry (for help), the Lord hears and rescues them from all of their distresses and troubles."
When the righteous cry out to Jehovah Rapha, the Healer responds and heals them! When the righteous cry out to Jehovah Jireh, He hears them and provides for them! When the righteous cry out to the God who delivers, He responds by delivering them! Who do you need God to be right now in your life? Call on Him! He is ready to respond!
Psalm 23, one of the most familiar passages in the Bible. The first words say, “The Lord [Jehovah] is my shepherd [Rohi].” In the Hebrew language, it reads Jehovah-Rohi—The Lord Is My Shepherd.
David allowed God to shepherd him as he conquered the lion, bear, and Goliath! He can do the same for you!
Then Abraham looked up and glanced around, and behold, behind him was a ram caught in a thicket by his horns. And Abraham went and took the ram and offered it up for a burnt offering (ascending sacrifice) instead of his son. So, Abraham named that place [a]The Lord Will Provide. And it is said to this day, “On the mountain of the Lord it [b]will be seen and provided.” Genesis 22:13-14 AMP In Hebrew, “The-Lord-Will-Provide” is Jehovah-Jireh.
The people of Israel began crying out to God and to Moses, saying, "The people [grew discontented and] grumbled at Moses, saying, “What are we going to drink?” Then he cried to the Lord [for help], and the Lord showed him a tree, [a branch of] which he threw into the waters, and the waters became sweet. There the Lord made a statute and an ordinance for them, and there [a]He tested them, saying, “If you will diligently listen and pay attention to the voice of the Lord your God, and do what is right in His sight, and listen to His commandments, and keep [foremost in your thoughts and actively obey] all His precepts and statutes, then I will not put on you any of the diseases which I have put on the Egyptians; for I am the [b]Lord who heals you.” In the Hebrew text, the title “The Lord Who Heals You” is Jehovah-Rapha.
I encourage you that as you read through the different names of God to go on a treasure hunt in the Bible and find the different names of God for yourself. I also challenge you to look at what you are standing in need of then go look within scripture and find out who God says He is as it pertains to what you need. This activity will not only find out more about God, but it will help you dive into His word and know what His word says for yourself. This will help you increase in faith and hope.

This is not your typical fast! You can choose what food(s) you're going to fast from. My advice is to fast from the food(s) that has you in a chokehold. Whether it be fast foods, sodas, bread, coffee or energy drinks, the Lord will give you strength! You are allowed to do a Daniel Fast too. Fast for 24 hrs. a day or from 6 AM to 6 PM, skip meals, etc. Let the Holy Spirit help you decide what your 40 days of fasting will look like.
