Day 9 of 40 Days of Glory and Fasting is complete!! Tomorrow for day 10 we will finish praying for families!

As we prayed for families today, the fire of God was being released over our homes and families!!
1 Corinthians 11:3 AMP [3] But I want you to understand that Christ is the head (authority over) of every man, and man is the head of woman, and God is the head of Christ.
Last night as I prepared for this morning’s prayer time, there were two things the Lord really highlighted to me. Order within the family unit and single parent households is on the Lord’s heart. As we prayed this morning, although I had other prayer points, the Lord really showed His concern in these areas. He showed me where a great majority of issues within the family unit were from where husbands were being wives, wives being husbands, and spouses being God. This is out of order and where there is no order, there is no peace. God is calling us to get back into position within His design of what the family unit is supposed to look like with Him at the head. Who is at the head of your family? I encourage you and your spouse to evaluate your family unit and see where there maybe disorder within the unit then make the proper adjustments with the help of the Holy Spirit.
Then we see single parents trying to be the mom, dad, and God. Nothing can be of two creations other than a beast. I hear single parents say things like “I have to be the mom and the dad.” That is not of God’s design and if you have said this, you need to repent and renounce this. When we attempt to be something that we are not, it brings on unnecessary warfare, stress, confusion, and even depression because we are striving to do something that we don’t have the capacity to be or do.
Lastly, a surprising concern that the Lord showed me concerning the family unit and some our children dying early. He gave me Exodus 20:12 “Honor your father and your mother, that your days may be long in the land that the Lord your God is giving you.” The Lord showed me where premature death has ranked high in children due to many dishonoring their parents. But on today, we called our children to repentance and right standing with God! We released the anointing of Hezekiah upon their lives, where the Lord would bind death and extend their lives. Hallelujah!!
The Lord is raising up families who will:
Be wise as a serpent and gentle as a dove like Jael!! Worship and pray until the prison doors break like Paul and Silas!! Be obedient like Abraham!! Overcome the enemy like Nehemiah!! Love the Lord without reservation like Job!! Cast out demons and heal the sick like Paul!! Have faith like Peter during water walking situations but not drown!! Be fireproof like the 3 Hebrew boys!! Fast and pray like Esther!! Be committed like Ruth!! Have wisdom like Solomon!! Be persistence like Jacob and not let go until they are blessed!!
OUR DECLARATION FOR TODAY:
"My home and my family are covered with the blood of Jesus.”

This is not your typical fast! You are able to choose what food(s) you're going to fast from. My advice is to fast from the food(s) that has you in a chokehold. Whether it be fast foods, sodas, bread, coffee or energy drinks, the Lord will give you strength! You are allowed to do a Daniel Fast too. Fast for 24 hrs. a day or from 6 AM to 6 PM, skip meals, etc. Let the Holy Spirit help you decide what your 40 days of fasting will look like. Please consult your physician for any medical advice and/or before starting any type of fast. No medical advice will be given from myself or my team.
