Yes, it hurts!!!!!

The season of having your wine skin changed can be a very hard season because you're getting rid of old thinking, old ways, old habits, old beliefs, old language, old perceptions, even relationships that have become old. If the new wine is poured into the old wineskin, it will burst and both the new wine and old wine skin is lost. The new wine skin has capacity to receive the new wine, the old skin does not.

You maybe in a season of pruning and reconstruction but know that God is preparing you for something good and great. Allow the Lord to remove that which will hinder the new that He has for you. The season of new wine skin is no walk in the park, I'm cheering for you.
