You must do this IMMEDIATELY and from here on out, FOREVER!!

I am a stickler about words!! Genesis 1:3 ERV states "Then God said, “Let there be light!” And light began to shine." When God spoke it, the "it" came forth!! Words form our life! Words turn nothing into something. If you don't want to see it, don't say it!! However, lately I have been very intentional about guarding my thoughts!

The Lord took me to 2 Corinthians 10:5 NKJV casting down arguments and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ. Often during times of stretching, our minds are tested the most. During opposition is when depression, failure, and quitting can happen so easily. These moments of trials, we often think of the opposition with thoughts like “I am a failure, I am never going to make it, I am never going to be healed, I am never going to get ahead in my finances.” Did you know that most times, those thoughts are not your thoughts? Let us take a look at a different translation, the NLT translation reads "We destroy every proud obstacle that keeps people from knowing God. We capture their rebellious thoughts and teach them to obey Christ." When we don't take control over our thoughts, we can NOT know Jesus, His ways, His character, His promises, His nature, or His presence!!! It is the enemy often times using your voice, speaking into your head, and using the word “I.” The word “I” is a word of ownership and that is exactly what the enemy wants you to do, take ownership of “I am never going to make it, I am never going to get promoted, I am never going to be able to afford that new home.” One of our greatest weapons is our mind, it is a weapon that we must use effectively, and I don't many understand the weapon of the mind! The way we use our mind to change our world is by resisting and casting down thoughts that are not true!!!!I It looks like this, “I will get that promotion, I am healed by the stripes of Jesus (name the disease), I will get that job, I am a great mother, I am a great husband!” Think about those things that you want your life to reflect!! Brothers and sisters, continue to think about what is good and worthy of praise. Philippians 4:8 ERV tell us: Think about what is true and honorable and right and pure and beautiful and respected. If it is not true, honorable, right, pure, beautiful, and respected, DON'T THINK ABOUT IT, because anything else is a LIE FROM HELL!!!

Repeat after me:

Lord, I repent for bad thoughts and coming into agreement with the seed’s thoughts planted by the enemy. Forgive me Jesus. I uproot those lies! I cast down every evil imagination and I make it obey the word of God! I release seed thoughts of prosperity, increase, favor, wholeness, completeness, forgiveness, healing, and deliverance! My mind is changing for the better, therefore my life is changing for the better! I am favored with God and man, in heaven and in the Earth. I am whole. I am healed. I am delivered. I am set free. I am sought after. I have a good name. I am prospering in my mind, body, finances, ministry, business, and relationally. I will get that promotion! I will get that job! I put on the Helmet of Salvation, I will never take it off, daily it is repelling every lying thought that comes my way. Holy Spirit teach me to cast down negative thoughts immediately! Thank you, Jesus, for setting my mind free! In Jesus name, AMEN!!
